Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding is a fixed, one-time fee disclosed before you sign. No hourly meters, no surprise change orders.
What happens if my team grows?
Per-user pricing scales linearly. We invoice the delta, no contract renegotiation for normal headcount changes.
Can we mix tiers per department?
Yes. Many clients run Professional for general staff and Enterprise for finance/legal. We document who is on what tier.
